• Service providers — third-party platforms we use to deliver our services (e.g., Deepgram for speech-to-text transcription, Anthropic for AI language processing, ElevenLabs for voice synthesis, Twilio for telephony, Google for calendar and booking, and Supabase for data storage).

We retain call recordings and transcripts for up to 90 days unless a longer retention period is required by our client agreements or applicable law. Website form submissions are retained as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected.

• Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your device and our systems is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS. Call data transmitted through our AI voice infrastructure (Deepgram, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Twilio) is encrypted in transit.
• Access controls: Access to call recordings, transcripts, and customer data is restricted to authorized personnel only. We do not share raw call data with anyone outside the client relationship.
• Third-party infrastructure: Our AI voice processing (Deepgram, Anthropic, ElevenLabs), telephony (Twilio), calendar integrations (Google), and data storage (Supabase) are enterprise-grade platforms with their own security programs and data protection practices.
• Payment security: We do not store credit card numbers or payment card data. All billing is handled through PCI-compliant payment processors.
• Breach notification: In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected parties as required by applicable law.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we are committed to maintaining reasonable protections and responding quickly to any identified issues.
